Scope and Contents
The materials contained include program syllabi for each quarter, lecture notes, academic exercises, reading lists, and other aids to teaching the concepts that the faculty believed needed to be absorbed by their students. The theme was "Love and Work", suggesting studies in a variety of social sciences.

Summary
An academic interdisciplinary program at The Evergreen State College in academic year 1992-1993. The students collected oral histories from select individuals of their acquaintance and after preparation did additional ethnographic research to place the narratives in context of the program's theme (Love and Work). Faculty for project was Sam Schrager, other faculty included Nancy Taylor and Hiro Kawasaki.
