Scope and Contents
Material pertaining to the operation of the Evergreen State College as overseen by the Board of Trustees. Boxes 15-33 include material such as meeting minutes, correspondence, materials mailed to the members of the Board of Trustees, meetings surrounding staffing and procedures and the beginnngs of KAOS radio station and the library, and the Biennual Budget Report. Boxes 35-42 are Agenda and Meeting Minutes. Box 43 contains materials mailed to the board. Boxes 44-49 contains Agenda and Meeting Minutes. Box 50 contains correspondence. Box 50-63 contains Agenda and Meeting Minutes. Box 64 contains correspondence. Box 65-86 contains Agenda and Meeting Minutes. Boxes 87-91 contain mailings sent to the board, typically by the president, as well as meeting agendas. Boxes 92-97 contain audio recordings of Board of Trustee meetings on floppy disks and cassette tapes. Boxes 98-103 contain meeting materials (2003-2007). Box 104 contains organization and structure planning for CAB, lecture halls, and Seminar II building. Over-sized folder 105 holds the architectural plans for the Seminar II building.
